Hi! I was wandering if I could edit Micky's page. It doesn't many pictures or information on him, and it kind of bummed me out. I would love to edit his page and add more information and pictures of him! But, if you don't want me to, I understand. Mickydwab (wall • contribs) 00:07, July 9, 2013 (UTC)
I was wondering if you could turn on the commenting, so people can comment and ask question on pages? Like the other wikis, it keeps them intresating seeing oter people's thoughts or opinion :) If you wanted you could also make it so that only people logged in could comment, which would actually make it better. Also I wanted to know if I or you can add the RandomSite (click it to see) I created to the home page so other people can see other wikis. Wikis like Ant farm, austin & ally and jessie have them at the bottom of the main page :) Hope you can help or listen to my ideas. thank you :)
No, thank you for responding to me :) I talked to RodRedlineM1, but this is basically what I said, idk how you feel about it
"Okay, I understand and respect why the commenting was turned off, but if you make it so only people with accounts can comment, there will probably be less spam, because most of the same are from people without accounts. And a lot of the other sites have "dog with a blog" (this wiki) listed in their random sites page. I think it will help connect the other wikis of the disney channel together, along with this one. I mean if you take away the commenting all together and the lake of random sites it pretty much is just a information wiki, which i understand what is one of the reason's it's here for but fans can really interact and communicate with each other, not to mention no one is using the chatrooms as much as the other wikis that have commenting and a random wikis site. Saying this with all do respect. Why don't you feel the randomsite on the homepage is not necessary."
I just feel that if the wiki has these things it can be controlled and maybe a bit more popular. People might actually use the chats more if the site is more interactive, rather then just a information wiki where the only place you can voice opinions is in the chat room and blog boards. I think users that have an account should be aloud to comment on their favorite character after an episode they really enjoyed. Not saying there wont be any negative things, because every wiki has one person that says something negative, but the thing is if you make it so only users can log in, it probably won't be as much and it will be easier to take care of people that are logged in and don't follow rules. I'm ot trying to demand or sound bossy about anything. I'm just trying to share my ideas and my opinions with people who I know can make a difference and improve. At the end of the day I think all of the admins want the wiki to be the best that it can be and I think making it more socialable and interactive will not only make it better, but more popular as well :) I really hope you understand waht I'm trying to say. I know I've probably repeated things a bit, but yeah :) Thanks for reading all of this. and I hope maybe someone can help?
I thought about it and the RandomSite template might be a good idea but I think we're fine with doing talk pages over comments. All wikis get spam in comments, and it is much easier to control everything if we do talk pages.
Hello, I had sent you a message at your TMTN Wiki about a week ago and you have not responded. I was asking if you were still interested in the wiki and if you're not, if you would be willing to allow me to take control of it.
I know over at Degrassi Wiki, where they rejected my message wall proposal, they use talk pages. With messages walls, there is no need to sign your posts, and when you do it is distracting. Could you please stop signing your posts?
I would just like to inform you that I will be changing my user name from DaranNorrisFan6 to Ultimate iPad Expert, It normally takes a few days (or even a week) to change the name and I will not be able to edit during that time.
